Guy Cotten Tongass Jacket
The Guy Cotten Tongass Series is a Hooded Zip-Up Hybrid fleece/PVC jacket. Featuring super warm Polartec Windbloc fleece (in the chest, shoulders and hood) and PVC where it matters on the sleeves, abdomen and back. These Black and Orange Hybrid Jackets from Guy Cotten are great for everyday fishing, both recreational or commercial.
Guy Cotten Tongass Jacket:
- Black Polartec Windbloc Fleece on the chest, shoulders and hood for exceptional warmth, breathability and lightweight comfort, while blocking the wind and offering excellent water resistance [Polartec Windbloc Fleece 9.7gr/sq yard]
- Orange PVC (cap coz) on the lower front, lower back and sleeves lined inside with fleece
- Nylon YKK zipper 1/3 zip on Yukon and Full Zip on Tongass
- Neoprene Cuffs attached at end of sleeve.
- Large Hood with Drawcord.
- Two Deep Side pockets
NOTE: In Mid-November 2013, Guy Cotten released these garments. The Yukon in L, XL, XXL was the first, followed by the Tongass. In the near future, sizes will range: S, L, XL, 2XL & 3XL. Call for availability.
In late 2013, Guy Cotten was forced to discontinue their popular Icelander Series of Jackets and Pullovers. They have now replaced the Icelander with the Yukon Pullover and Tongass Jacket. These two new series are very similar however slightly different. The main difference is the fleece material. The Polartec Fleece used in the Icelander was discontinued so Guy Cotten was forced to switch over to Polartec’s Windbloc Fleece. Windbloc fleece from Polartec is not a new product and has a history and tests that show the laminate keeps all its properties after many washes.
