Hal-Lock Locking Outrigger Pulleys are an ingernious product for offshore anglers. They are a mates best friend. No more rubber band jerry rigging the outriggers to stop the creep of the outriggers clips. The Hal-Lock Keeps them out where the captain wants them to be.

No more hand tying halyards together using rubber bands. Designed to eliminate fishing line from creeping back toward the boat while trolling lures, baits, spreader bars, etc

Hal-Lock is easy to use. Simply pull the locking lever all the way back to lock and push forward to unlock. Halyard material should be 2mm mono or 1/8″ braided cord.

Hal-Lock Locking Outrigger Pullys are made in the USA using corrosion resistant components.
